1. Can a person apply for more than one Safal Jeevan Policy?
An individual can have only one policy even though there is a maximum limit of 1 lakh Sum Assured.
 
2. Can the ‘Accidental Death Rider (ADR)’ be attached to this policy?
No.

5. Is it possible that an employer pay the premium for the employees, with the employer as the proposer?
No. The Life to be assured must be the proposer for purposes of Safal Jeevan Policy. Where however the employer wishes to pay the premium, employee can propose insurance on his life under this policy and employer can give a letter that he is willing to pay premiums. In this case, the ownership of the policy vests with the Life Assured (employee). And all benefits are payable to the Life Assured or his nominees.

6. In case of Housewives and students, is consent to pay premium from spouse or parent insisted by IVL?
Yes. In case of Housewives and students, the consent to pay premium from the Spouse or parent is insisted by IVL.

7. What should be done if the Life Assured has a disability?
In cases where the Life Assured has a disability, a completely filled out Disability Questionnaire should be attached along with the proposal form. The Underwriting Department will decide whether to accept the proposal or not, depending upon the nature and extent of disability.
