We send a premium reminder notice to you 23 days before the due date.
A payment reminder call is made to you 5 days before your policies are due for payment.
During the call, you are also provided with assistance in terms of the various methods of premium payment available with ING Life Insurance.
You will also receive an SMS and an email with the premium amount due and the due date for payment. To avail of all e-mail / sms services, please ensure your email id's and mobile numbers are registered with us at all times.
The reminder notices are not applicable for customers having opted for ECS / SI payments. Also, all the above services are NOT applicable for the Best Years product.
