The objective of this unit is to ensure effective complaint handling, thereby ensuring that you are satisfied at all times. The ‘Complaints Management and Redressal Cell’ will be responsible for registering and following up the complaints for resolution. |

| Complaint handling process: All complaints shall be acknowledged. All complaints received from various sources mentioned above will be registered and unique complaint i.d. created which will be intimated to the customer. Additional information if required, (for resolving the complaint), will be sought from the complainant. The Complaints Cell will escalate the complaint to the concerned and follow-up the same until the matter is resolved. We shall endeavor to resolve all complaints within 15 days of receipt of all necessary information as may be required from the complainant, for closure of the complaint. We shall also duly intimate the complainant in case the resolution gets delayed beyond the prescribed time on account of any unforeseen circumstances. |
