“My career with ING Life has been an interesting and enriching one, with varied exposures starting from Sales to Sales Support to Process. While I joined the organization in the Sales function and having spent 2 years in the sales role, I wanted to get an exposure in other areas, and thus moved to a new role in the Corporate Office. This move was feasible as ING is open to cross functional exposure for their employees to enhance their career. ING also believes in an open door policy with an easy access to Senior Management.
