“I started my career with ING about 8 years ago as a Senior Management Trainee. I joined the Banking division and worked in different capacities in the Retail Finance Division and it was during this time that I was nominated for the Global Management Programme. Having completed my long stint as a GMP with the Insurance Central Europe team in Amsterdam, I joined ING Life about 6 months ago and it has been a phenomenal journey with the company so far! Being a team member of a front line function, I have the privilege of interacting and learning from the real heroes of this organization – The Sales Staff!
